Full Fleet Solutions ("we", "us") provides software that delivery contractors use to run their operations. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and how we protect it. It covers our website, including the blog, and the Full Fleet Solutions app.

Two roles

For contractors who use the app, we process information on your behalf. You decide what employee and operational information goes into your account, and we use it only to provide the service to you.

For visitors to our website, we collect very little. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on our public pages.

Information we handle

  • Account information: names, email addresses, phone numbers and sign-in details for the people a contractor adds.
  • Employee records a contractor keeps in the app: for example driver qualification files, licenses, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, schedules, time records, pay information and uploaded documents.
  • Operational data: route, stop, delivery and vehicle information that a contractor's own software agent pulls from the systems the contractor already uses, with credentials the contractor provides.
  • Location at clock-in: when a driver clocks in or out, the app checks their location against the work area.
  • Messages: text notifications the app sends, and questions typed into the app's assistant.
  • Security and technical information: sign-in activity, IP addresses and the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery.

How we use it

To provide and support the service, send the notifications a contractor turns on, keep accounts secure, and fix problems. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the app. Each receives only what its job requires:

  • Render, which hosts the app and its database.
  • Twilio, which sends text messages.
  • Anthropic, whose Claude models power the app's assistant and document-reading features. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, what's sent to these features isn't used to train its models.
  • Google, for calendar sync, document storage, maps and address lookup, when a contractor uses those features.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people or the security of the service.

How we protect it

Connections to the app are encrypted. Stored passwords are hashed, and third-party credentials are encrypted. Administrator and management accounts must use two-factor authentication. Each contractor's data is kept separate from every other contractor's, and security-relevant activity is logged.

How long we keep it

We keep a contractor's information while their account is active. When an account is closed, we return or delete its information within 30 days, unless the contractor asks us in writing to keep specific records or the law requires it. Backup copies age out on their own schedule after that.

Your choices

If you're an employee of a contractor that uses Full Fleet Solutions, your employer controls your records. Ask them first to see, correct or delete information about you. You can also contact us, and we'll work with your employer to respond.

Children

The app is for businesses and their working-age employees. It isn't directed to children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, for contractors, tell you in the app or by email.
