Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Full Fleet Solutions app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. Who can use it
The app is for businesses, such as delivery contractors, and the people they authorize. You must be at least 18 to create an account for a business.
2. Accounts
Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised. Account administrators decide who gets access and at what level, and are responsible for activity by the people they add. Administrator and management accounts must use two-factor authentication.
3. Your data
Your business owns the information it puts into the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the service. You're responsible for having the right to provide the employee information you add, including any notices or consents your employees are owed.
4. Connections to other systems
Some features work by signing into systems your business already uses, with credentials you provide, and bringing that information into the app on your behalf. You authorize that access. You're responsible for making sure it's permitted under your agreements with those providers, and you can remove the credentials at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, access data that isn't yours, interfere with the service or other customers, or try to get around its security.
6. Compliance stays your responsibility
The app helps you keep records and stay on top of safety and compliance tasks. It doesn't replace your own judgment or professional advice, and your business remains responsible for meeting the laws and regulations that apply to it. Articles on our blog are general information, not legal, medical or professional advice.
7. Trials and fees
New accounts may start with a free trial. When a trial ends, continued access requires a paid plan on the terms we agree with you.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving the app, so features may change. We work to keep it available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from its settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, we handle its information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Except as required by law, the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Independence from FedEx
Full Fleet Solutions is an independent company. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FedEx Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, and nothing in the app or on our website speaks for them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let account administrators know before the change takes effect.
